Note: this step-by-step guide assumes payment being processed online via Stripe, some events may offer and/or require different payment methods.
Connect your Ophardt account with a fencer
Your account may automatically connect with a fencer on the system. If so you will not need to engage with this process.
If your account does not automatically connect with a fencer you can try this process to see if there is a fencer with your name and details already on the system (this will happen in situations such as fencing in competitions abroad and the results from those competitions meaning your name is on Ophardt already). These connections will not be automatically made as they need to be approved by an admin on the system.
If there is no automatic connection and you are not already listed as a fencer on Ophardt, you can create a new athlete at the appropriate step in this process.

Purchasing an international licence on Ophardt
You need each of the items listed above completed and approved on you Ophardt account before you will be able to make a 'preorder' of the relevant licence(s).
Please note, the WADA anti-doping certificate course will take approximately two hours to complete. Please plan accordingly and do not leave ordering your licence to the last minute.

- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal address
- Date of birth
- Handedness (Left/right)
